8. Babylon 360 bar
It is located in the Parque das Nações district (where the oceanarium is), in the tallest building in Portugal: Torre Vasco da Gama and at 145 meters high it offers unique views of Lisbon and the Tagus River. The bar is famous for its original cocktails inspired by spices imported from India. Entrance to Miradouro costs €10 between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. After 6 p.m. the cost is €15, there is a dress code, they won’t let us in with flip-flops or travel bags. Open every day.
The Vasco da Gama Tower was built for the 1998 fair. During Expo 98, the observation deck on the tower was open – it had no roof. Unfortunately, after a few years it was closed to visitors and remained so until it reopened in 2023, when the terrace was closed with a transparent dome. 38 windows with QR codes provide access to all historical and geographical information about the landscape being viewed. The observation deck can accommodate 120 people.

9. Terraço Editorial
On the last floor of Pollux building (a portuguese shop with home accessories: 80 years long tradition) you will find a treasure: small and calm terrace with a view of Baixa neighborhood, Rua de Santa Justa Street and a famous historical lift: Elevator de Santa Justa.

10. Park Bar
The rooftop of a car park (7th floor) was transformed into a bar with a beautiful view over the city, the river, and the bell towers of Santa Catarina Church. It opens daily at 1PM and only closes late at night.
Potted trees create the feeling of a garden. Always crowded. Perfect place to assist unforgettable sunsets.
